My View : 'When you cut the crap of self-doubting, you can get things done in amazing ways' - Author Alisa Frank in her debut book wants the reader to feel free from the negative thoughts and to see what you could do and achieve when you feel all energized and when positive thoughts accustomed you.
Reading this book reminds me of the proverb 'The way you think is the way you react'.The more you are in the pool of negative thoughts the more your reactions are negative and painful.This book tells the reader to see the positive side of everything that happens with you because feeling negative will lead you to nowhere instead it will drown you more into the pool of negative thoughts and then it goes on increasing.
The techniques she tells to feel positive in every situation work in some manner but doesn't force readers to completely follow her words.This is one such self-help book which lasts its impact for only a short period of time, till the time you are reading it, but couldn't be considered as a life-changing book.
Authoress strategy of diverting reader's mind to the postive side of everything will atleast circle around the reader's mind with positive thoughts for some time, and some of the techniques discussed in the work actually works , and if implemented on a regular basis can actually last for a longer period.
