Review of Mr. Right

Title : Mr. Right

Author : Sweta Brijpuria

As the blurb of the book goes : It's the supreme power that decides the one made for you; all you do is create a deep desire of how you want him to be. They call him your soul-mate, but souls are meant to be set free. We all basically look for a mind-mate.

It hints us, brings him in front of us and sends us those positive signals. But when it comes to love we allow our heart to take the final decision, not allowing the mind to play its due role. From there on begins a journey of conflict, misinterpretations and misunderstandings. Mr Right is either missed or mistaken for Mr Wrong.

Nisha Chandra, a strong headed girl, is lost in the same dilemma. Every time she meets a guy, she ends up realising that he is Mr Wrong. The conflict between her heart and mind goes on until she decides to go for a blind marriage. And then unfolds a dramatic journey towards her perceived Mr Right.

My View : Nowadays, where every day so many books arrive in the market, it becomes hard for the readers to choose the best one for them. While for the authors, it is the question of what to serve to the readers, and what might fall into their bucket of interest. Where authors run to serve for a different story, our authoress Sweta decides to serve something common and ordinary which every next reader can relate to.

What I like most about this book is the way authoress balances the equation of past and present. The reader couldn't feel lost at any point, everything is very properly connected and beautifully narrated. To be honest, what I seek in the book is not an out-of-the-box story, but something that you can go with ease and comfort and something where you need not to put your extra efforts. Sweta makes the journey very easy for the readers and I would like to read more of her work in future.

A good book to take off your mind from day-to-day stress and can lean you to the virtual world of Nisha, where you can find so much of fun elements her life is blended with. This type of books are not the ones which you can recommend to every next person, but you can easily recommend someone who love to go through light-read piece of literature.
