My View : This book is a pure motivation for those who think that to become something you need to have something. What you have in your pocket doesn't matter, all that matters is your passion and your enthusiasm and how you make the most of the opportunity offered to you. Not every opportunity is meant for you, pick the one which can fulfill what you aim for, is what author tries to convey through his words.

Richard has covered all the famous Indian entrepreneurs in the book. For him, India is the land of business, entrepreneurship runs in the blood of Indians. Through the examples quoted from the life of many Indians, he claims that your success is in your hand.

Eighteen entrepreneurs come forth to you to gong their success journey via the words of Richard. The good thing is they are not lengthy in nature, they are covered in appropriate length. In each of the chapter, he says to understand the customer and his requirement, and working on that section is the key point of success. Satisfying customer needs make them happy, and in return they will make your product rise in the market, which eventually makes you happy. So, it's a circle, what you give is what you get, honesty to the customers and working on their needs is one of the key point to work on, suggested by Richard.

For all the aspiring entrepreneurs, Richard brings his Mantras to gain all the success you can in your life. Obviously, failure will be a part of it. But his ultimate goal is to let you taste the taste of success. The stories of 18 entrepreneurial leaders are wisely chosen. They are inspirational and at the same time feeds you many ideas and ways as how to deal with the opportunities and how to face the challenges in a positive way.

He just doesn't sing about some DO's and DONT's ,but he preaches what can be easily suited in practical life.
