Organising the work force

Today I want to draw your concern towards very delicate issue of the society. It is about the careless youths popularly known as lofers, lafuas etc. gop somewhere near Patna. You can find them asking for chandas in various festivals and not only asking for that, they forcefully grab it. And I really amazed when they do it for saraswati puja, when they even don't know anything about education and all. And they use a part of the money for the festival celebration with a very ridiculous way and other for their liquor and enjoyment.

Frankly speaking, these guys should be involve in some development work for the state or let them free and ruin the state or ruin the nation. I seriously feel shame when I came to Bihar and see the situation of the society. I usually debated around the people and usually save Bihar against their allegations like Bihar is not a good place to reside but Bihar don't deserve to be saved. Actually people are like that only and many eminent people from Bihar also left Bihar for this only so far. And if it stays like this it will be very difficult for you to make Bihar glorious. Peoples are so dumb there and so is their mentality. They count guns as their strength and they used to thrash anybody without afraid of law and order. They are proving guns are powerful than pen.

 

Rationalising the mentality

I saw people using electricity without paying for it, they liked to create havoc by frightening people. As a loyal and dedicated citizen of the country I really feel sorry for these people. Should they allow to create havoc in the society or rehabilitation centre somewhere to at least learn to live in the society around the people.

You may think why I am writing this all now. I wanted to write it so long but I couldn't get time for it. I think as a leader you must have some vision for the development and betterment of the state and if not then sorry for all of my words so far.

I am looking forward for your kind response. One more thing I want to quote here, I really feel unsafe there in Bihar, always anxious about my parents, family etc. and only one way I find to get out of all anxiety is to leave Bihar and settle somewhere else, which is much easier.

 

 

 

 

मानसिकता बदले तो बदले समाज

बहुत दुःख होता है जब लगता है की सुनने वाला सुन्ना ही नहीं चाहता, किसी कार्यवाही की संभावना तो तब बने जब कोई काम करने की मनसा रखता हो, अपने हर एक कृत्य में खुद को गुनहगार समझता हूँ, क्युकिँ गुनाह का साथ नहीं दे रहा ना ही किसी भी प्रकार से भागीदार हूँ लेकिन देख रहा हूँ की हो रहा है और शांत बैठा हूँ तब भी किसी न किसी मायने में गुनाह का भागीदार तो हूँ ही, और कोई नई बात नहीं लिख रहा बल्कि ध्यान आकर्षित कर रहा हूँ की क्यों चुप है हम |

एक वाकये से बयान करता हूँ कुछ वर्ष पहले मैं एंट्रेंस एग्जामिनेशन के लिए बर्नपुर, वेस्ट बंगाल गया था, दूर के किसी रिश्तेदार के यहां ठहरा था गर्मियों के दिन थे, दो दिन पहले पहुंच गया था, एक शाम किसी कारण बिजली चली गयी और कोई छुट्टी का दिन था, गर्मी के मारे हालत खराब थी, रात भर बिजली नदारद रही, बड़ी मुश्किल में रात कटी, रात भर सोचता रहा की अगर घर पे रहता तो कुछ न कुछ जुगाड़ से काम हो ही जाता, सुबह उठ के पता चलता है की अभी और इंतज़ार करना है क्युकिँ सरकारी बिजली कर्मचारी को आने में समय लगेगा, मुझे तो धक्का लग गया, क्या ऐसा भी कोई कर्मचारी होता है या उससे बुलाया जा सकता है, तो फिर मेरे घर के आस पास ऐसा क्यों नहीं होता, क्यों लोग खुद ही सारे काम कर देना चाहते हैं, बहुत सोच के निन्मलिखित विकल्प निकले :

१) शायद यहां के लोग हर काम में माहिर हैं,

२) इंतज़ार करना पसंद नहीं करते,

३) क्या कर्मचारी कामचोर हैं या आनाकानी करते हैं,

लेकिन हकीकत कुछ और ही निकली, शाम को ऐसे ही छत पे खड़ा था तो कोई लड़का आके डंडे से तार फंसा के बिजली वाले खम्बे पे लगा रहा है, देखा की सबके तार वैसे ही लगे हुए हैं, लगातार यही दृश्य रोज देखने को मिला वो लड़का आता अपना काम करता और चला जाता, सोचा जब सबके तार लगे हुए हैं तो वो रोज आके अपना तार क्यों लगता है एक दिन लगा के छोड़ भी तो सकता है, कुछ खोज करने पे पता चला की वो बिजली की चोरी कर रहा है और ऐसा करने वाला वो एक नहीं मेरे मोहल्ले के कई लोग हैं|

अब सोचता हूँ क्या मेरी पढाई पैसा कमाने के लिए ही है या मुझे समाज की दशा को सुधारने में भी भागिदार होना चाहिए, कृपया कुछ सुझाएं|
