Title: Aqson

Blurb:

"“Slowly, she sauntered towards Toya, stopped a few feet away, looked into Toya’s eyes, and roared. It was an ear-splitting, feet-numbing, rib-shaking roar that promised death. This was the end of her, Toya knew. This was how she would die. In this unknown museum at the hands of this Olympian lioness, and, she would never be found again.” *** When it became impossible to choose between God and Satan, angels decided to play games. My Views:

I'm not a big fan of politics. Hence, this book slips from my liking shelve. However, there were some corners where I could find a place to enjoy myself. Endorsement of a thriller into this one, made me feel slightly involved in the journey. I found something to adhere to. However, there was one constant thing that kept the journey alive all the while. Koel's narrating fashion! I liked the way how words took shape and presented to the readers. Polished, and very well articulated.

Even after some parts went off my liking-bucket, I still found myself hooked to the story. There was that extensive pull towards the story to know more about it and keep on the task of reading and exploring different facets of it. For a reader, who is comfortable with all the colors of the fiction, this is the perfect blend of all these. Surprises would wait for the readers, or we may call that the readers wait for the surprises, as when their tongue tastes the flavor of one, they get used to it. And, all they want in the journey is more and more. And, our author keeps satisfying the reader by serving un-imaginable twists.

The plot of the story is extremely remarkable. Her imagination skills took a great part in making the plot a reliable one. For readers, who are also into mythology and political reads, would love going through this book. This book won't disappoint you, I vouch on that. But, for readers like me, for whom this book had had its attention partially couldn't pull the trunk off the line.
