Title : The Sixth ; The Legend of Karna
Author : Karan Vir
Despite of the fact that Karan doesn't make much impact when it comes to frame two different pictures in a single frame, he keeps reader's attention alive through the art of words he is blessed with. I would enjoy it more if only I got to sail through only one part of the story, this way my expectation from the writer wouldn't turn down, and I would enjoy the journey as much as author wants me to.
All in all, it is a nice book, but if Karan is planning to come out with the second book, I would like to see him do justice with both the parts.
Thanks and All the Best!

The Sixth — The legend of Karna is a masterpiece in storytelling by Karan Vir Arora — an Award winning CEO/Creative Director Vimanika Comics. He ushers us not only into his passionate research of fifteen years but the grandeur of a forgotten era, and presents before us a completely new and unexplored facets of Kama in his debut novel and the rumoured bestseller.
My View : The story of Karna from Mahabharata is known to all. What story does the pen of Karan Vir tells in his debut book is a question to ask. In his debut, Karan tries to grab reader's attention by pasting the pictures of past and present in front of readers. He tries to entertain readers by grinding the elements from an epic tale to that of an ordinary person belonging from an 21st era. While gauging the proportion of the past and the present events, I found there is so much of content from past ,which readers are already aware of, and there is less to find from the present events, which readers are more interested to know.Despite of the fact that Karan doesn't make much impact when it comes to frame two different pictures in a single frame, he keeps reader's attention alive through the art of words he is blessed with. I would enjoy it more if only I got to sail through only one part of the story, this way my expectation from the writer wouldn't turn down, and I would enjoy the journey as much as author wants me to.
